Financial Policy

Gateway Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery strives to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to out patients. As such, our fees follow those published by the Alberta Dental Association for specialists.

For those patients covered by a dental insurance plan, please bring your dental insurance form or card with you to your consultation appointment. At that time we will be happy to provide you with an estimate of cost for your specific treatment, as well as assist in submitting a pre-authorization to your insurance carrier so that you may determine your coverage based on your insurance policy.

We do ask that payment for services rendered be paid on the day they are provided. Alternate arrangements should be discussed, in advance, with a member of our business staff prior to treatment.

For your convenience, Gateway Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery accepts Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, as well as money orders. Regretfully, we do not accept personal cheques.

It is important to remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your level of insurance coverage.
